Our technology is based on Roland ECO-UV5 inks, which are cured with UV light. This means that the print is completely dry and stable immediately after the process.

 

Why is this important?

The UV paints we use are GREENGUARD Gold certified, which means they do not release harmful fumes (VOCs) after curing and are suitable for sensitive environments such as nurseries, schools, hospitals and offices. This certification ensures strict emission requirements (≤ 0.22 mg/m³ for VOCs), so our products are safe for indoor use and do not affect air quality.

 

When is extra caution needed?

UV printing is not intended for products that come into direct contact with food or the mouth. For toys for babies or objects that children put in their mouths, additional compliance with EN 71-3 (toy safety) is required.
